srproduction.co.uk respects the intellectual property rights of others. The website is hosted by PaysiteManager, which responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our Designated Agent below. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with the page URL(s) where it appears, so we can locate it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated Agent

Notices sent anywhere else, or missing the information above, may not be acted on. For complaints that are not about copyright (for example, content shared without consent), use our Complaints Policy.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and let the person who uploaded it know, including a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which PaysiteManager may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and website operators who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
